Dr. Mahallati continues to publish in peer reviewed journals and develop dental products (having acquired over 30 dental patents), that are currently used in dental practices and laboratories throughout the world. Academically, Dr. Mahallati teaches dentists about their techniques at continuing education courses, symposiums, and universities forming the foundation of knowledge for the future generation of dentists.
As a result of his many years of dedication towards the advancement of dentistry, Dr. Mahallati is a member of the prestigious dental organization, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED), whose membership is by invitation only. Members of the AAED are selected after demonstrating years of exemplary achievements and contributions to the field of dentistry. Dr. Mahallati is one of only four prosthodontists from Southern California that are members of the AAED.
Dr. Mahallati believes it “takes a village” to provide a patient with the optimal dental care beginning with the scheduling of the first consultation appointment. As a result, the dental team is personally selected by Dr. Mahallati to ensure the best, most efficient, friendly experience both clinically and administratively for every patient.
Center for Implant & Esthetic Dentistry is one of the few prosthodontic practices that operate its own on-site dental lab. Our laboratory consists of state-of-the-art dental technologies and materials, including one of the most advanced CAD/CAM systems in the field of dentistry. An on-site dental laboratory enables us to provide the highest quality of restorative results by allowing supervision and input by the doctors at every step. This process also allows the lab technician to meet with the patient to ensure their esthetic preferences with great success!
