Payment Policy
For your convenience, our office accepts payment by cash, check and all major credit cards (American Express; Visa: Master Card; Discover Card). We also offer a variety of patient financing programs (see below). Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
Dental Financing Programs
Our office offers patients a convenient way to pay for their dental treatment by using the following dental financing programs: CareCredit® and Lending Club.

Dental Insurance
Our office is identified as an Out-Of-Network provider by your dental insurance company. As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly request a pre-determination of benefits prior to your dental treatment or issue an electronically submitted claim for reimbursement after the dental treatment has been completed.
Dental Treatment Covered By Medical Insurance
Sometimes, certain dental procedures are covered by a patient’s medical insurance policy. For instance, Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) appliances and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) appliances are at times covered by a patient’s medical insurance policy under the diagnosis description, Durable Medical Equipment (DME). We recommend that patients call their medical insurance carriers and ask if they have coverage for these types of oral appliances in their individual medical plans.
